The Middle East and North Africa Harm Reduction Association (MENAHRA) is pleased to share with you a draft of its upcoming strategic plan for 2021-2026.
The draft has been developed by Patricia Haddad and Sandra Hajal, in consultation with many stakeholders working with MENAHRA and based on extensive research and literature review of evidence-based practices.

At this point, we are seeking feedback from selected experts in order to revise this draft and prepare for a regional consensus meeting to finalize the strategy.
